III. Mental  benefits:
a. Reduces stress
b. Improve self-confidence
c. Alleviate anxiety

IV. Health benefits:
a. Help to prevent diabetes
b. Reduces the risk of dying prematurely
c. Reduces the risk of developing cancer

V. Therefore, to get a good physical, mental and healthy balance,  is important to do daily exercise.
