Introduction and Conclusion

Introduction:

If you want to improve your healthy lifestyle in the best way you should move your body. However, there are a lot of ways to do it, but the most effective is practicing sports. Some sports are more difficult than others, but the point is to find out your limits and so know what exercises are the best and worst for you. Doing exercise everyday, can be the perfect way to feel good with yourself physically and mentally.

Conclusion:

Overall, sports are very important in our today's society because there are more a more diseases related with health, such as obesity, so getting a good physical, mental and healthy balance,  depends on ourselves.
