I would like to talk about one of my favourite hobbies. I was born in a family of athletes, for that reason, sport has been present in my life since when i was small. I love sports and I practice it usually, so I can consider myself as a sporty person.
From my point of view, sports are essential in the life of anyone, because in addition to feel better physically and mentally, health is above all.
I try to play sport every day and I prefer practice it in the morning, so I have the rest of the day to study.
Running is the sport what I really like and what makes me feel better. Normally I run 35/40 minutes and when I finish, I like to take a shower and have a healthy breakfast. There are days that I like to go to the gym with my older brother. He is a personal trainer and He advised me on how I have to train and how well I do the exercises.
Some weekends, I like to hiking. For example, on Saturday, I went with my father to the cross of the wheel, which is very typical in my city. Whenever we go there, we see many families and groups of friends that go up there for lunch.
A few times a month I like to go swimming. In summer, I go to my country and I practice it in my pool. The rest of the year, I go to an indoor swimming pool.
Another sport that I like to practice is cycling. But I must admit, that is the least practical. I like going out with the family on Sundays, along the river. It's fantastic!
Finally, I would like to encourage everyone to practice sports, there are a lot of variety and it not always have to be a sacrifice. If you integrate sports into your routine, at the end, you will create a custom or even a great hobby.
