Smartphones - a great idea?


Nowadys, everybody have a smartphone and it is impossible to imagine someone without it, even it is getting lower  the age at wich little kind have one of it. However, it is true that having a mobile phone with internet in our  society is a  good idea, but also it has cons. So, wich pros and cons have actually  this fact?


On the one hand, one advantage of having a samrtphone is that we can communicate with our families or our friends whenever we want and whenever we are. In addition, with a smartphone we have internet all the time so if we want to do something that we haven't done at home, we can ask google, among others.


On the other hand, having one of if can be a problem, specially for children. They tend to learn everything with internet, and not on their own. Also, children communicate with their friends only with social media, so they do not really know if they are speaking with their friends or someone different. So parents should be careful about this problem.


To sum up, smartphones are a good invention but also they are dangerous so we have to know how to use them properly.

If you want to improve your healthy lifestyle in the best way you should move your body. However, there are a lot of ways to do it, but the most effective is practicing sports. Some sports are more difficult than others, but the point is to find out your limits and so know what exercises are the best and worst for you. Doing exercise everyday, can be the perfect way to feel good with yourself physically and mentally.


One the one hand, one advantage of doing exercise is that it  can control your weight because in our today's society there is a lot of people with problems related with weight. Another advantage is that it combats diseases such as a cold or a flu. But the most important is that exercise improvesyour mood.


On the other hand, sport is a good way to relax your self. Therefore, it reduces stress of  people that work hard everyday. Also, it improve your self-confidence because of your good physical appeareance. And finally, is important to practice it because it alleviate anxiety.



Overall, sports are very important in our today's society because there are more a more diseases related with health, such as obesity, so getting a good physical, mental and healthy balance,  depends on ourselves.
